As VMworld 2017 in Vegas draws to an end, VMworld Barcelona is barely two weeks away. Pack those dress shoes, sneakers, some light clothing, at most a T-shirt or 3 and most importantly your best mood and smiles for a fun ride at VMworld Barcelona!
After all the news that has been revealed in Vegas, I cannot keep from wondering what will be left as exclusive news to share with the VMworld Barcelona flock of attendees? Will there be any more exclusive news to share? ;-).
Because of all the exciting revellations (AppDefense, NSX Cloud, Multi-cloud, etc) which have been made in Vegas, this has been the first year in 6 years of attending VMworld Europe that I felt a pang of regret for not attending VMworld US. Well, all that and not being able to hang out with some of my friends who are attending VMworld Vegas instead of Barcelona or who are unfortunately not able to attend either VMworlds. I am looking at you Ariel Sanchez, Rich Diaz, Prabhu Barathi, Manfred Hofer, Fouad El Akkad and my fellow vMusketeers.
But I am really looking forward to hanging out and catching up with my “virtually” friends in Barcelona and making some new ones! Because there is always place for more!
So I am putting on my happy hat for VMworld Barcelona and hope to see you all soon. For those of you who still do not have a ticket, it is not too late, come and join the happy technology madness!
